Garlic shrimp


YUM YUM .


The recipe :D

10 shell-on (big) shrimp, deveined
10 cloves of garlic, peeled and roughly chopped
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons paprika
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (1 tablespoon for spicier tastes)
1/2 stick clarified butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 cup white wine
2 tablespoons regular butters

Firstly, mix the flour,paprika and cayenne pepper together . After doing so , coat the prawns with the mixture .

Secondly , preheat your frying pan . Then add clarified butter and garlic , make sure its evenly spreaded out on the pan .

Next , add all the shrimps that are coated into the pan , saute 3 minutes on each side , sprinkle 1-2 teaspoons of kosher or sea salt . After the second side add 1/8 cup of white wine and 2 tablespoons butter . Saute the shrimps until they turn caramel brown in colour .

Finally , after you have done that , you are ready to serve !
